🎓 Campus Ambassador Terms & Conditions

1. Role of a Campus Ambassador

Campus Ambassadors represent Ninzae by:

• Promoting Ninzae on their campus
• Sharing Ninzae's content
• Helping onboard students
• Creating awareness about Ninzae's tools and programs

Ambassadors are not employees of Ninzae.

They act as independent student representatives.

2. No Employment Relationship

Being a Campus Ambassador:

• Does NOT create an employment, internship, or agency relationship
• Does NOT guarantee payment, stipend, or job placement
• Does NOT authorize you to sign contracts on behalf of Ninzae

3. Acceptable Promotion

Ambassadors may:

• Share referral links
• Post about Ninzae on social media
• Conduct campus awareness activities

Ambassadors must NOT:

• Make false promises (e.g., guaranteed jobs, guaranteed internships)
• Use spam, bots, or fake accounts
• Misrepresent Ninzae or its services
• Collect money from users on behalf of Ninzae

4. Referral & Incentives

If Ninzae provides:

• Referral rewards
• Certificates
• Internships
• Perks

These are:

• At Ninzae's discretion
• Not legally guaranteed
• May change or be withdrawn

5. Brand Usage

Ambassadors may use:

• Ninzae logo
• Posters
• Social media templates

Only for official Ninzae promotion.

Brand assets must not be altered or misused.

6. Code of Conduct

Ambassadors must:

• Behave professionally
• Respect users and institutions
• Follow platform rules
• Follow campus policies

Misconduct may result in immediate removal.

7. Termination

Ninzae may remove any ambassador at any time for:

• Rule violations
• Misrepresentation
• Inactivity
• Harm to the brand

No notice is required.

8. Data & Privacy

Ambassadors may have access to:

• Their referral data
• Their performance metrics

They must not:

• Collect or misuse personal data
• Share private user information

9. Liability

Ninzae is not responsible for:

• Personal actions of ambassadors
• Campus permissions
• Any disputes between ambassadors and institutions

Ambassadors participate at their own risk.

10. Updates

These terms may be updated at any time.

Continued participation means acceptance of new terms.
