All payments on Ninzae are processed through PayU, a secure third-party payment gateway.

We do not store:

• Card numbers
• UPI details
• Bank information

All payment data is handled directly by PayU.

Pricing & Currency

• All prices are shown before checkout
• Prices are in INR or as displayed
• Ninzae may update pricing at any time

Successful Payments

Once your payment is successful:

• Your subscription or product is activated immediately
• A confirmation is shown and/or emailed

Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment:

• Fails
• Is pending
• Is reversed

Your access will not be activated until PayU confirms successful payment.

Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that:

• Abuse the payment system
• File false chargebacks
• Attempt fraud

Subscription Access

When you subscribe, you receive:

• Access to premium roadmaps
• Tools
• Platform features
• Learning content

Access lasts for the duration of your billing cycle.

Auto-Renewal

Unless canceled:

• Subscriptions automatically renew
• You will be charged via PayU at the start of each new billing period

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

After cancellation:

• You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle
• You will not be charged again

No refunds are issued for unused time.

Price Changes

Ninzae may change subscription prices.

You will be informed before any price change applies to your account.

Service Availability

We may:

• Add features
• Modify tools
• Improve content

Access is provided on an "as available" basis.
